Fitness and physical activities are sometimes referred to as a "magic pill."  If there was ever one thing we could do for ourselves to affect and improve our overall health and wellness in so many ways, physical activity would be it. 

Regular physical activity has been shown time and again to reduce mortality and negative affects of a tremendous amount of chronic conditions and illnesses. Physical activity, exercise and fitness have, in many instances, restorative and even curative powers.
