Eating well is the best revenge
I've always been active. But I
started noticing that when I wasn't getting "good nutrition," or wasn't eating well, I wouldn't
have as much energy.
Like I was a half step behind, or a little lethargic. I also noticed it was not only what I ate, but when I ate.
I try not to skip meals anymore—that would kill me. I'd have a cup of coffee and a muffin, then skip lunch and be really hungry by the time I got home. My advice is you'd be surprised what some small changes can do.
